Yesterday I received another exciting surprise from Glamourbox :) My June 2013 box has arrived! I love surprises that's why I love subscribing to beauty boxes. I feel like there's always something to look forward to and I feel very happy when I receive them. Imagine for Php 595, I can receive items upto Php 1,500 or above! Talk about SAVINGS!
So what's inside the June 2013 Glamourbox?
June is all about BRIDAL BLISS. It's all about weddings, joy, excitement and... SKIN CARE. The box contained Skin Care products to prepare Bride-To-Be's on their special day.
Personally, I was expecting a little bit more from this box. Maybe a blush for the "Blushing Bride" or Sweetly Colored Lipstick for the "Kissable Bride". But Glamourbox has a different perspective on their Bridal Box. It's all about CARING for your skin. Making it naturally beautiful and ready for your big day.

Stelatopia Cleansing Cream
A soothing bath and shower cream, it protects and hydrates dry skin to regain its suppleness. It's proven safe for babies and adults alike, especially those with eczema and atopic tendencies.

Mustela products are usually for babies. I wonder why is it even included in this box? Maybe because they want to give the most "gentle" skin care for Brides? I don't know about that. This soap-free, ultra-gentle cleanser is specially formulated to soften and protect dry, eczema-prone skin. Basically, this is skin care for BABIES. So I really don't get it. I can give it to a friend with a Baby, I guess.

This is another facial scrub that fights against ACNE and OILY SKIN. As instructed, this should be used with warm water. And so I did last night. To tell you the truth, I kinda loved this product! Scrub + Warm Water did the trick for my crazy white heads! My face felt so clean... My face even turned RED after scrubbing! Though it was not painful or anything, but I just felt a warm sensation afterwards. Maybe because of the "warm" water.
But as for the first use, I liked it. I have yet to check if there's any allergic reaction after a few more usage. It's nice that it has salicylic acid for my breakouts.
TEEN DERM GEL is specially formulated to perform a micro-exfoliation of the skin's surface and moisturize the skin.

This product has been very in-demand lately when it comes to Beauty Boxes. I have seen another beauty box containing this product. I haven't tried this yet, but I guess I will keep it in the office. Since sometimes in the middle of the day, my skin felt really tired and dry. This can be a good remedy.

I was ecstatic when I saw this! Finally a very good full size product for my face! I am already using my dermatologists's Sunblock for the face at SPF60. This being SPF50 is not really bad at all! I loved its texture and that it is not creamy! It doesn't leave my face feeling oily. It dries up fast which is really good!
I just hate it when you feel like you really have a lot of things piled up on your face. Most especially with sunblocks. I hate it when it feels sticky and oily and like my face is so SHINY! Which this product doesn't have. It is perfect and very light!
Tips:
- Use as the last step of your daily skin care routine. Can be used as make-up base but it’s not a substitute for a primer.
- Apply 30 minutes on the face and neck before you leave the house and brave the sun.
- If used at the beach, make sure you re-apply.
This non-pore clogging skin primer has the purest natural ingredients that mattifies the face, keeps oil at bay and helps makeup last.

When I read the bottle my heart skipped a beat! I fell in-love at an instant. A "eureka" moment. I have been looking for my personal Skin Primer that will help me keep my make-up all through out the day without beeing too oily! I have the one by E.L.F. but I usually use it with clients. I use different skin care products for myself and for my clients. I do not want to mix them all up most especially when I have very sensitive skin.
This one felt very light and I can't wait to use this for a longer time. And maybe have a review afterwards!

This is not a lip balm and NOT a lipstick. Well, I was expecting a lipstick from this box. But, oh well. This is lip butter. I am not a fan of lip better but they say that it is better than lip balms. Currently I am having problem with chapped lips so I think this will come very handy.
7. NIPPON ESTHETIC SOLUTION
This hardworking cleansing sponge clears your skin of any makeup residues while letting it breathe.
Honestly, I have no idea how to use this! I love Nippon and their products but this is very new to me. I think this can be an additional tool to cleanse the face. You need to soak this first in water before using because initially it is hard but it will soften when it has already absorbed enough water. I have yet to try it then post some reviews.

VERDICT
The box for June 2013 was not really as expected. I was hoping for a few more cosmetics added. Well, I believe there's another product that was, sadly, not included on my box. This:
I think I will appreciate the box more if I have this. :(
Well, there's always the
NEXT box. So I'm hoping the next one will be awesome. This box is nice but not SUPER NICE. If you know what I mean. Maybe I'm no so much of a FAN of "skin care".
